Studies in educational science have shown that starting to learn a foreign language at an early age can help children to develop their plurilingual competence, their ability to learn other languages more easily and to master their mother tongue better.
In our school, French is the foundation of plurilingual education, and its mastery is the first priority for the acquisition of fundamental knowledge.
The practice and development of the Arabic language is the basis of the cultural identity of the majority of students. In close partnership with the Arabic studies center of the cooperating Service and cultural action of the French Embassy in Rabat, our teachers will be trained in a pedagogical practice that is compatible with our educational ambitions: pedagogical action, to value the oral language and master the written word, for students who already speak Arabic.
English is the essential language in our international approach and the preparation of tomorrow's economic leaders. Flexibility and confidence are essential in the implementation of multilingual competence: the pedagogical choices made by the French and English teachers will allow lessons from the French curriculum to be practised in English from Elementary, in addition to the specific language lessons. Preparation for the TOEFL primary and TOEFL Junior certifications for our elementary and middle school students (compulsory) will motivate those who want to obtain a diploma and reinforce the quality for all.
